This policy explains how we process personal data when you use this website and submit its contact form.
Data processing
When you submit the contact form, we process your name or company name, email address or telephone number, message, source page, page language, submission time, and inquiry reference number.
To protect the form against abuse, we use short-lived HMAC identifiers. These identifiers do not contain the inquiry content. The source IP address may appear only in technical infrastructure logs.
Use of data
We process the data to respond to your inquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process general business-to-business communication and form abuse prevention on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is accessible only to authorised staff and contracted hosting, email, and IT service providers that process it according to our instructions.
We do not use contact-form data for automated decision-making, profiling, newsletter enrollment, or unrelated marketing.
Client zone
If you use the client zone, we process your email address, sign-in credentials, and records of the mailbox and domain administration assigned to you.
The sign-in is kept with a session cookie. A persistent sign-in is set only when you ask for it, and lasts 12 months.
Data retention
Inquiries that do not result in a contract are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last related communication. Failed queued messages are retained for no longer than 30 days, and request-limiting security state for no longer than 24 hours.
If you become a customer, the necessary data is transferred to customer records and retained for the periods required by applicable contractual, accounting, and tax rules.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, object to processing, and, where applicable, obtain data portability.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
