YOU RUN THE BUSINESS.WE KEEP THE APPLICATION RUNNING.
Managed hosting is more than server space. We take responsibility for technical operations, monitoring, security, backups and incident handling – from a small website to a critical application.
We run every managed service on professional Dell servers designed for reliable, continuous operation.
// ESSENTIAL FACTS
PRICE
Small websites from CZK 1,600 including VAT per year. You know the scope and fixed monthly or annual price in advance.
ENVIRONMENT
Simple websites can run on shared hosting. For more demanding and critical services, we design a dedicated isolated environment with tailored configuration and security.
SUPPORT AND SLA
Routine requests are handled by phone and e-mail. Guaranteed 24/7 on-call cover and response times are defined by the SLA.
OWNERSHIP
Your application and data remain yours. Controlled export and handover are part of the client agreement.
// WHAT WE HOST
FROM A SMALL WEBSITE TO A CRITICAL APPLICATION.
We adapt the environment and management scope to what you run and how important the service is to your business.
01 / SMALL WEBSITES
Static sites and WordPress
Landing pages, static and generated sites, company websites, WordPress and other CMS platforms.
02 / ONLINE BUSINESS
Company sites and e-commerce
Content-driven sites, catalogues, online stores and services connected to external systems.
03 / APPLICATIONS
APIs and custom solutions
Web applications, APIs, integrations, scheduled jobs, workers and internal systems.
04 / CRITICAL OPERATIONS
Large and critical systems
Portals and services whose availability directly affects customers or business operations.
NO FIXED TECHNOLOGY CATALOGUE
We do not require a particular framework, language or database. We design the environment around your current stack; feasibility, security and management scope are confirmed during discovery.
// MANAGEMENT SCOPE
RESPONSIBILITIES ARE CLEAR FROM THE START.
The service baseline is clear. Additional operating rules are tailored to the application, its criticality and the agreed SLA.
INCLUDED IN MANAGEMENT
We take over the technical baseline.
Environment and infrastructure configuration according to the agreed scope
Monitoring of availability and important operational signals
Security and updates for the layers we manage
Backups and restore verification under the agreed policy
Operational incident handling within the support scope
BY APPLICATION AND SLA
Critical parameters are agreed individually.
Human 24/7 on-call cover, priorities and response times
Redundancy, clusters and standby environments
Backup frequency, retention, acceptable data loss and target recovery time (RPO/RTO)
Application and dependency updates and release process
Special licences, reporting and escalation
CLIENT DECISIONS
Your business remains in your hands.
Content, business priorities and functional decisions
Approval of releases and planned maintenance windows
Required access, permissions and third-party licences
Development and system parts outside the agreed scope
// RESILIENCE IN PRACTICE
PREVENTING INCIDENTS. PROTECTING APPLICATIONS.
Application resilience starts with prevention. We configure security policies, monitoring and response procedures around its criticality and agreed SLA. If a signal deviates, we follow a controlled path from assessment to verified stability.
PROTECTION IN ACTION01 / 04
Stable operation starts with active protection.
WHAT IS HAPPENING
The application is running in a known, stable operational state.
OUR ROLE
We continuously check availability, operational signals and security policies.
We assess the deviation and choose the safest next step.
WHAT IS HAPPENING
One of the monitored signals has changed from its normal state.
OUR ROLE
We verify the cause and significance of the change and promptly choose the safest next step.
We activate the exact procedure the situation requires.
WHAT IS HAPPENING
The verified cause and significance of the change determine the next step.
OUR ROLE
Depending on the situation, we adjust configuration, reduce risk, switch the service or use a safe copy of the data.
We confirm stability through verification, not assumption.
WHAT IS HAPPENING
The application is operating in a verified stable state.
WE VERIFY
Infrastructure, application and data. We apply what we learn to strengthen future protection and operating policies.
The specific response, availability of a standby environment, response times and recovery objectives always depend on the application's architecture and the agreed SLA.
Availability matched to criticality
We use replication, clusters and separated layers where the application needs to remain available when part of the system fails.
Backups beyond the incident
Geographically separated, encrypted and immutable backups with defined retention are protected separately from day-to-day operations.
Recovery completed by verification
After recovery, we check the infrastructure, application and data. The system returns to normal operation only after verification.
// TRANSITION TO OUR MANAGEMENT
WE TAKE OVER THE APPLICATION. NOT JUST THE SERVER.
You do not need to start again or have complete documentation. We first map and back up the solution, then prepare a controlled transition. Migration into the agreed environment is included; remediation or development beyond it is quoted in advance.
01
DISCOVERYWe understand the application
02
SECURINGWe secure and back it up
03
TRANSFERWe migrate it in a controlled way
04
OPERATIONSWe operate it long term
PLANNED TRANSITIONWhere the architecture allows it, we prepare the transition with near-zero downtime. Otherwise, we agree a maintenance window in advance.
INPUTS
Incomplete documentation is not a barrier. We fill in missing information during discovery.
BEFORE THE SWITCH
We verify the backup, target environment, application, data and rollback plan.
SCOPE
Migration is included. Major remediation, licences and development are agreed separately.
// BEFORE THE CONSULTATION
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE A CONSULTATION.
You do not need complete documentation or technical materials. For the first consultation, a brief description of the situation and what you need to solve is enough.
What happens during the first consultation?
We review the current situation, urgency and the parts of operations you need us to take responsibility for. Together, we clarify the information available and propose a sensible next step.
Can you take over a solution without complete documentation?
Yes. We establish what is available, complete the technical map and secure the current application and data before making changes.
How does migration work and is it included in the price?
We prepare the target environment, backup, validation, switch and rollback plan. Migration into the agreed environment is included; only remediation or development beyond its scope is agreed separately.
How do support and 24/7 on-call cover work?
We accept routine requests by phone and e-mail. For critical services, the individual SLA defines 24/7 on-call cover, priorities, response times, escalation and progress updates.
Can you help with an acute incident?
If we have capacity, we can start assessing an acute incident immediately – even for an application we do not yet manage. The guaranteed service for long-term clients is always defined by the SLA.
How do you price a larger or critical system?
After discovery, we define the scope and a fixed monthly or annual price with no hidden fees. Scope changes, licences or additional development are always agreed in advance.
How do you set backups, retention and recovery objectives?
We tailor frequency, retention, backup separation, acceptable data loss and target recovery time (RPO/RTO) to the criticality, architecture and SLA. We regularly verify that backups can actually be restored.
What do we receive when the engagement ends?
Your application and data remain yours. Under the client agreement, we prepare a controlled export and handover in the agreed format and schedule.
// CONSULTATION
TELL US WHAT YOU NEED TO OPERATE.
Tell us the type of solution, the technologies involved if known, where it currently runs and how important it is to your operations. A specific member of our infrastructure team will contact you.
